Career timeline
I've spent 7 years in environments where failure has real consequences — intelligence operations, national-scale events, and infrastructure transformation for a ₹20,000Cr+ enterprise. That shapes how I work: build systems that survive contact with reality, not just look good in decks.
I started in analytics (ZS), moved into government intelligence and field operations (IB/MHA, CISF), and now drive digital transformation at KEC International. The thread across all of it: turning ambiguous, high-stakes situations into governed, decision-ready workflows — with or without a playbook.
IIMA PGPX was a deliberate pivot — to bring that operational and analytical lens into corporate strategy and sharpen the commercial judgment to go with it.
Outside work: I read obsessively across domains, build small automation tools to scratch my own itches, and believe that most execution problems are really communication problems in disguise.
